How many seats do I need to start?
The minimum is 2 seats. You can add more anytime, and reduce down to 2 at your next renewal.
What does a seat include?
Each seat gives one electrician access to the full certification library, practice exams, and a certificate of completion. You assign courses and tracks to your team from the admin dashboard.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. Add seats anytime (charged a prorated amount immediately) and remove seats at your next renewal. Removing a tech frees their seat right away and keeps their progress for when they return.
Can I mix monthly and yearly?
No — an account is billed either monthly or yearly, with one renewal date. You can switch the whole account between monthly and yearly anytime from your dashboard.
Do I get a manager view?
Yes. The admin dashboard shows your roster, progress, exam grades, a private team leaderboard, and lets you assign training and send reminders. You also get access to all of the content included with your seats.
